Ingredients
- Almond Topping:
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. water
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced shallots1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- Salad:
- fresh spinach
- 2 cups raspberries
- Can substitute with strawberries/pecans
- pear/pomegranite
Directions

Almond Topping:

In frying pan over med. heat combine all ingredients stirring constantly until sugar coats almonds(5-8) mins.

Put on foil to cool. Break apart.

Dressing:

Combine all ingredients & shake well.
