Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- 1 10 oz pkg. frozen peas
- 11/2 cups celery chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 2 tins small shrimp
- Dressing:
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 cup crisco oil
- 3 tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 3 tbsp. white vinegar
Directions

Combine dressing in jar.

Cook rice.

Add frozen peas, mix & put lid back on .

Let stand 15 min.

When cool, add celery,onions & shrimp.

Pour dressing over mixture and stir well.

Let sit for a few hours.

Top with crunchy chow mein noodles
