VEGETARIAN CHILLI

(from Coco Dog’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • 1 - 11 ounce can condensed Blackbean soup or Canned black beans in juice
  • 1 - 15 ounce can of kidney beans or chickpeas
  • 1- 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans
  • 1- 16 ounce can of Vegetarian baked beans
  • 1-29 ounce can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1- 15 ounce can of whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 chopped zucchini
  • 1 - 4 ounce can of diced chilies
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker on 4 hrs on high or 8 hours on low
