SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 10 oz. sugar=1 1/2 cuos
  • 6 oz. flour=1 1/3 cups +1 tbsp.
  • 1/2 tsp.vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Grease pan with oil and sprinkle with sugar.

  2. Beat eggs until they are light.

  3. Ad sugar a spoonful at a time.

  4. Fold flour in.

  5. Add vanilla.

  6. Pour cake into greased pan& cover top with sugar.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
