Ingredients
- 5 kiwi
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup strawberries, stemmed & quartered
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions

Peel and slice kiwifruitninto 1/4 inch thick slices; reserve.

Combine sugar and water in a skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Boil 3 or 4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Whisk in lemon juiceand butter.

Stir in kiwi,strawberries and pineapple and remove from heat.

Make a pool of sauce and fruit on four dessert plates.

Place a scoop of ice cream in centre of each plate.

Serve immediately.
