GLAZED ALMONDS

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup blanched almonds
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. In heavy saucepan combine butter, sugar & syrup until melted.

  2. Add almonds.Cook & stir over med-high heat for 10 mins. until golden caramel cover

  3. Spread onto foil.

  4. Sprinkle with salt & cool..
