Ingredients

• 2 pkgs. 250 g cream cheese softened1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with electric mixerat medium speed until well blended.

2. Add eggs, mix until well blended.

3. Pour into crust.

4. Bake at 350 degrees 40 mins. or until centre is almost set.Cool

5. Refrigerate 3 hours or cool overnight.
