Lentil Carrot Veggie Burgers
(from imana’s recipe box)
Got some extra lentils on hand? Making some healthy veggie burgers is a great way to use them up. These lentil and carrot veggie burgers are a healthy alternative to the regular burgers and are both vegetarian and vegan. For a lower fat version, stick these under the broiler for 5-6 minutes on each side.
