Knorr’s Spinach Dip

You can use 1 pkg of Lipton Vegetable soup instead.

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg KNORR Vegetable Soup Dip & Recipe Mix
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained & chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions

In medium bowl stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chesnuts and green onions until well mixed.

Cover; chill 2 hrs to blend flavors.

Stir well. If desired, spoon into round bread bowl. Serve with cut vegetables or chips.

Variations:

Spinach & Cheese Dip: Add 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese with spinach.

Yoghurt Spinach Dip: Substitute 1 container (16 oz) plain lowfat yoghurt for sour cream.
