Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 can Cream Style Corn
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 C Milk
  • 1 Stick Butter-melted
  • 1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, add milk and corn bread mix. Beat well until smooth. sir in corns and seasoning. Last, stir in melted butter.

  2. Pour into a greased casserole dish (about 3 qt) and bake

  3. 350 for 1 hour or until center is set.
