Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
- 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheese
- 12 to 1 cup vegetable, meat or poultry; drained and cooked
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp herb or other seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Sprinkle cheese and vegetable (or meat) into pie shell

Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended

Pour over cheese and vegetable (meat)

Bake in 375° oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 30 – 40 minutes

Let stand 5 minutes before serving
