Ingredients
- 5 quarts popped corn
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Butter
Directions

Keep popcorn warm in oven in roasting pan

Butter sides of sauce pan and add sugar, corn syrup, water, salt and vinegar

Cook to 250° or hard ball stage on candy thermometer

Add vanilla

Pour slowly over popcorn

Stir just to mix thoroughly

Butter hands and shape into balls
