Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
