Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut cauliflower into medium-small pieces. Toss with olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan, adding salt and pepper to taste. Spread on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake 15 minutes; stir and continue to bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until cauliflower is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
