Ingredients
- 3 C flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 1/2 C water
Directions

Mix together and let sit 12-20 hours. Turn out and fold over twice. Let sit 15 minutes, dust with flour / cornmeal and then cover with a towel and let sit for 2 hours while it doubles in size.
