Cook time: 120 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 C flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/2 C water

Directions

  1. Mix together and let sit 12-20 hours. Turn out and fold over twice. Let sit 15 minutes, dust with flour / cornmeal and then cover with a towel and let sit for 2 hours while it doubles in size.
