Parsley Buttered Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons margerine, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

Cook potatoes, covered, in a small amount of boiling lightly salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

Meanwhile, stir together melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper; gently toss cooked potatoes wit butter mixture until potatoes are coated.
