Grandma’s Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup melted margerine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa together.

  2. Stir in melted margerine.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla.

  4. Beat well.

  5. Sift flour and salt together.

  6. Stir in cocoa mixture.Pour in to greased jelly roll pan or cake pan.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

  8. Don’t overbake.

  9. Cool and top with brownie frosting.
