Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter/margerine
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 1 oz squares of chocolate, melted
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Cream butter and shortening.

2. Add sugar.

3. Cream until light and fluffy.

4. Beat in eggs.

5. Add chocolate.

6. Sift dry ingredient.

7. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

8. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

9. Top with powdered sugar frosting.
