Emily’s Chicken Noodle Soup

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 2/3 cup chopped carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups dry noodles
Directions

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.

Cook chicken in pan with olive oil.

Meanwhile in pot put 1 cup of broth and vegetables.

Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add remaining broth and seasonings.

Add chicken.

Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.

Add noodles.

Cook until noodles are done.

Reduce heat to low.

Serve with bread and salad.
