Ingredients
- 1 pan corn bread (use G. Garvin's corn bread recipe or your own)
- 5 potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- … teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Directions

Prepare your favorite recipe for corn bread then set aside.

Peel, boil and cube potatoes, add to a large bowl, then mash with whisk.

Add butter, milk and heavy cream.

Mix well.

Cut a large piece of corn bread and crumble into mashed potatoes mixture.

Then season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Mix well.

Garnish with a small slice of corn bread.
