Ingredients
- 1 lb. dried red beans
- 7 cups water
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 celery stalks chopped
- 1 t. garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 3 tbsp creole seasoning
Directions

Place ingredients in CrockPot.

Cook covered on high for 7 hours or until beans are tender.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
