Pina Colada Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 8-ounce can cream of coconut
  • 2 46-ounce can pineapple juice
  • 1 750-ml rum
  • 4 liters lemon-lime soda

Directions

  1. In a large stockpot, combine ice cream, crushed pineapple, cream of coconut, pineapple juices and rum. Place in refrigerator until well chilled. Just prior to serving, add the lemon-lime soda. Pour 1½ gallons of punch into bowl. Refill with punch as needed. Makes 60 six-ounce servings.
