Amish Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c splenda
  • 1 T whole wheat flour
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 4 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c oatmeal (whole oats)
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c pecan meal
  • 1/4 c splenda
  • 1/8 t baking soda
  • 1/8 t baking powder
  • 1/4 c I can't believe it's not butter, melted

Directions

  1. Mix together 3/4 c splenda, 1 T ww flour, cinnamon, and salt. Gently combine with apple sliced. Spoon into greased 8 X 12 pan.

  2. Mix oatmeal 1/2 c ww four, pecan meal, 1/4 c splenda, baking soda and powder. Stir in melted butter. Crumble over apple mixture.

  3. Bake at 375 for 35 min. Let cool and top with a dollop of lite cool whip if desired.
