Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients

  • 3 c fat free milk
  • 2 pkg (4 serving each) jello vanilla fat free sugarfree instant reduced calorie pudding/ pie filling
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 t pumkin pie spice
  • 1 c thawed cool whip lite

Directions

  1. Add milk to pudding mix, beat with whisk 2 min.

  2. Stir in pumpkin and spice, and finally cool whip.

  3. Refridgerate 1 hour before serving.
