Ingredients
- 3 c fat free milk
- 2 pkg (4 serving each) jello vanilla fat free sugarfree instant reduced calorie pudding/ pie filling
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 t pumkin pie spice
- 1 c thawed cool whip lite
Directions

Add milk to pudding mix, beat with whisk 2 min.

Stir in pumpkin and spice, and finally cool whip.

Refridgerate 1 hour before serving.
