Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 2 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate, chipped.
  • 1/2 T whipping cream
  • dash almond extract
  • 8 strawberries

Directions

  1. Combine the chocolate and whipping cream in a galss measuring cup or bowl. Microwave at med power for 1 min or until chocolate melts, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir in the almond extract and cool slightly.

  2. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate allowing the excess to drip off. Place on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Refridgerate or freeze for 15 minutes until the chocolate is set.
