Ingredients
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1/2 c reduced fat buttermilk
- 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 med orange, rind and juice
- 1/2 c sugar substitute
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- cooking spray
Directions
