Crack

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c light brown sugar, packed
- 35-40 saltine crackers
- 1 1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

Line bake sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Arrange saltines salt side down in even layer without overlaping.

Boil sugar and butter for a few minutes until caramel (no longer than 5 mins)

Pour over crackers and bake for 2 to 4 mins in 425 oven until bubbly but watch closely.

Place in freezer for 20 minutes.

Break into pieces.

Keep in refrigerator.
