Ingredients
- 120 g plum sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 tsp ginger, finely grated
- 2 clove(s) garlic, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 4 chicken breasts
Directions

Place chicken, plum sauce, five-spices, ginger, garlic and oil in a bowl and toss to coat. Set aside for 20-30 minutes to marinate.

Preheat oven (170ÂșC, fan-forced). Bake chicken in a baking tray for about 30 to 40 minutes, turning twice until cooked through.
