Cranberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cranberries Halved
  • 1/2 Cups Walnuts (optional)
  • 3/4 Cup unsweetened OJ
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TBSP Veggie Oil

Directions

  1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda

  2. Stir in sweetener, cranberries, and walnuts

  3. In another bowl combine OJ, Eggs, and Veggie Oil

  4. Add to dry mix and stir only until moistened

  5. Pour into greased Pan

  6. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes

  7. Remove from pan to cool
