Ingredients
- 2 eggs (or egg whites)
- salt and pepper ( I use Penzy's
- Arizona Dreaming)
- 1/2 Tbls. butter ( I use Smart Balance)
- 1/2Tbls. cream cheese ( I use low fat)
Directions

Season eggs with salt and pepper

Whisk them
-
Get the pan hot
-
Add butter, letting it foam
-
Add eggs
-
Wait 30 secs. and take pan off the heat

Add 1/2 Tbls. of cream cheese and scramble.
