Easter Bonnet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ozs. of gin
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup ( I use Agave)
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 or more dashes of grenadine
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients ( I use an immersion blender)

  2. Fill a Boston shaker with ice and shake vigorously

  3. Serve in a coupe
