Ingredients
- 1 Lb Frozen meatballs
- 4 Med Potatoes (chunks)
- 4 Med Carrots (chunks)
- 1 Large Onion (chunks)
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Cider, red or white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 Cup frozen peas
- 2 Cups hot cooked rice (optional)
Directions

Place potatoes, carrots,and onions in large crock pot

Top with meatballs

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours

Add peas the last 15 minutes of cooking time

Serve over rice if desired
