Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 4 T ketchup or tomato paste
- 25-30 shakes worchestershire sauce
- 2 T Italian Seasoning or Herbs de Provence
- 20 oz bag frozen corn or a mixure of peas and corn
- Recipe for 8 of Instant mashed potatoes(made according to package directions)
Directions
- Brown beef with onions and garlic, do not drain. Add kechup, worchestershire and italian seasoning and simmer 10-15 minutes
- Place beef mixture in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add corn and then potatoes on top.
- Bake at 350F 45 min-1 hour or until potatoes are lightly browned.
