Chicken, Ham and Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 box large shells
- 1 lb fresh or 1 box frozen chopped spinach (fresh can be sauteed with fresh garlic and garlic salt)
- 8 oz grated mozzarella
- 8 oz diced ham
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder and onion powder (less GP if you saute the spinach in garlic)
- 3 cups alfredo sauce or mix of alfredo and marinara

eheat oven to 350.

Cook shells according to box. Mix all ingredients except shells and sauce, reserving 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese for the top. Spread a 1/2 cup of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 13×9″ pan. Fill each shell with 2 tbsp of filling and place in pan stuffed-side up and single layer. When all shells are filled, pour remaining sauce over. Cover and bake for 35 min until bubbling and cheese is slightly browned.
