Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 T. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

In bowl dissolve yeast in water and let stand 10 minutes.

Stir in sugar, milk, egg, salt and enough flour to make soft dough.

Knead 6-8 minutes on lightly floured surface.

Place in well-oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth.

Let rise 1 hour till doubled.

Punch dough down and knead in garlic. Pinch handfuls of dough golf ball size and roll into ball

and place on a tray. Cover with towel and rise till double again (about 30 minutes)

Preheat pan and lightly oil. Roll 1 ball in a thin circle. Place on pan and cook 2-3 minutes until puffy and light brown. Brush uncooked side with butter and cook 2-4 minutes.
