Ingredients
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 t. gr. cumin
- 1/2 t. turmeric
- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes
- 1lb or 4c. cauliflower florets
- 1 bag red potatoes
- 1 can canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. frozen peas
Directions

Heat oil and add spices, cauliflower and potatoes and cook till softened.

Add tomatoes, water, salt and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add frozen peas in the last two minutes.
