Ingredients
- 1 pkg sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/4 c fat free milk
- 3/4 c lite frozen whpped topping, thawed.
- 8 Astor chocolate liquour cups (found at liquer stores)
- cocoa powder
Directions

Prepare pudding using the milk.

Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon into the cups.
