Ingredients
- 1 cup onions
- 1/2 cup celery
- dash garlic
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups shrimp
Directions

Cook first 3 ingredients in butter until tender

Add remaining ingredients ( excluding shrimp ) and heat through

Add shrimp just before serving to warm

Serve over rice
