Strawberry Shimmer

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (3oz) sugarfree strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 8 oz artifically sweetened nonfat strawberry yoghurt (sugarfree)

Directions

  1. Coat a mold with cooking spray.

  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

  3. Add strawberries, stir til thawed.

  4. Chill 30 min or until thick.

  5. Beat with electric mixer til frothy.

  6. Fold in yoghurt.

  7. t this all into a prepared mold and chill 1.5 hours or until firm.
