Babyface’s Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of macaronni
  • 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (or Velveeta)
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place macaroni in pot of water with pinch of salt and boil until tender. Drain.

  3. In a long deep casserole dish, layer macaroni add salt and pepper with bits of butter. Add a layer of grated cheese (or cubed Velveeta) over the macaroni.

  4. Continue layering in the same pattern ending with cheese on top.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of milk and 1 beaten egg together w/ salt & pepper. Pour over macaroni and cheese.

  6. Bake until cheese melted and milk mixture is cooked.
