Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Veg All
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 rolls Ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 stick of butter

Directions

  1. Drain 2 cans of Veg All

  2. Mix vegetables, corn, cheese, mayonnaise and onions into casserole dish.

  3. Crumble the crackers; melt butter; mix crackers and butter well.

  4. Spread crumbs over top of casserole.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
