Angel Lush with Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
  • 1pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake, cut into 3 layers
  • 10small fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. MIX pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.

  2. STACK cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.

  3. REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with berries.

  4. HOW TO CUT CAKEUse toothpicks to mark cake into 3 layers. Use a serrated knife to cut cake, in sawing motion, into layers.
