Ham Souffle

Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread
- 1 pound cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ham, cubed
- 1 8-oz. can mushrooms
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. salt
- 10 T. butter or margerine, melted
Directions

Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Layer bread, cheese, ham and mushrooms in pan.

Beat eggs, milk, worcestershire sauce and salt together; pour over layers in pan. Pour melted butter over top. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
