Honey Mustard Peameal Bacon

Thick slices of peameal bacon are grilled then slathered in a honey mustard glaze – a must-have dish to accompany pancakes or French toast.

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon or grainy mustard
- 1 pound peameal bacon, thickly sliced

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and mustard.

Preheat heat grill to medium high. Alternatively, use a grill pan.

Add bacon slices to grill. Brush bacon with honey mustard glaze. Turn and brush with more glaze. Cook bacon until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 8 minutes total grill time, depending on thickness of bacon.
