Ingredients
- 1 6-8oz Wispread Cheddar
- 1 wedge blue chees (1/4 lb)
- 4 sm pkgs cream cheese
- 1 8-oz bag whole pecans
- fresh parsley (flat leaf looks best)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- garlic / garlic salt
Directions

Mix cheeses @ room temperature with 1/2 of the nuts (chopped), red pepper & garlic

Shape into a ball

On waxed paper spread fresh chopped parsley & remaining pecans, roll / pat ball until covered.

Wrap / store in waxed paper in baggie.

Re-shape leftovers as needed

Will last 1-2 weeks.

Best when served at room temperature.
