Holiday Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 1 6-8oz Wispread Cheddar
  • 1 wedge blue chees (1/4 lb)
  • 4 sm pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 8-oz bag whole pecans
  • fresh parsley (flat leaf looks best)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • garlic / garlic salt

Directions

  1. Mix cheeses @ room temperature with 1/2 of the nuts (chopped), red pepper & garlic

  2. Shape into a ball

  3. On waxed paper spread fresh chopped parsley & remaining pecans, roll / pat ball until covered.

  4. Wrap / store in waxed paper in baggie.

  5. Re-shape leftovers as needed

  6. Will last 1-2 weeks.

  7. Best when served at room temperature.
