Ingredients
- 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1 1/2 c)
- 1 c light mayonnaise
- 1/2 c half & half or light cream
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
Directions

Measure all ingredients into blender & blend until creamy.

Pour dressing into a large joar w/ tight fitting lid.

Refirgerate until ready to use, up to 3 days.

Shake well before using.
