Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 oz vermicelli or angel hair pasta
  • 2 1/2 oz pimientos
  • 3 oz chopped black olives
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 2-3 tbs mayo
  • 2-3 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs accent seasoning
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • garlic to tast

Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles in strainer. Set on ice so that noodles cool.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients together.

  3. Once noodles have cooled, add everything together and refrigerate.
