Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin & sunflower seed flour
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, gently melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (don't use when using sunflower seeds)

Preheat oven to 350

Blend all the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl

Spread some coconut oil all around the bottom of an 8”x 8” baking dish. Spread mixture into pan and smooth it out.
