Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 pkg ramen noodles (chicken teriyaki)
- 2 C chicken strips (cooked)
- 1 sm pkg slivered almonds
- 1 sm pkg sunflower seeds
- 3 T oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Boil water.

Cook ramen noodles for 1 minute.

Drain & rinse with cold water.

Thinly slice cabbage & put in bowl.

Combine oil, vinegar, seasoning packet (from ramen noodles), salt & pepper.

Pour over cabbage & stir.

Cut chicken into smaller pieces.

Add chicken, ramen noodles, almonds & sunflower seeds & stir.
