Ingredients
- 2lb frozen hash browns
- 1 1/4 stick butter
- 1/3 c chopped onion
- 8 oz finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Melt 1/2 the butter and mix with the corn flakes, set aside.
- Melt other half of the butter and mix with remaining ingredients. Place in 9×13 baking dish. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350F for 90 minutes
